VHG Home is a facilities management portal that provides tools for ticket management, maintenance tracking, checklists, financial reporting, and related operational services. Our Services include web-based access and mobile application features, as well as SMS/text message notifications.

Access to the Services is provided through your organization. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting into SMS/text message notifications through the portal's notification settings, you agree to the following:
- Consent: You consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from VHG Alerts related to your work activities, including ticket updates, maintenance reminders, daily reports, and other operational notifications.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your role, notification preferences, and operational activity. You may receive multiple messages per day.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Updating your notification settings in the portal, or
- Replying STOP to any message.
- Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact your organization's administrator.
- Supported Carriers: Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for their intended business purposes and not to:
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by VHG and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
